Lead Process Engineer

Job Responsibility

Responsible for developing & standardizing manufacturing and assembly processes across all production areas.The role ensures process uniformity ,improved productivity and cost efficiency through method optimization , documentation , and continous improvement initiatives
Good knowledge of manufacturing process castings , forging open die & closed die , Turning ,Milling , Grinding operations, ability to make flow chart ,knowldege of GD&T , Understanding process innovation , cycle time , cost reduction , Ability to read FEA Reports - stress , strain & thermal , Solidworks must.
Travelling to Coimbatore , Rajkot , Kolhapur as and when required
Educational Requirement

BE / Diploma Mechanical
Experience Requirement

7 Years Must.
Additional Requirement

Strong understanding of machining , Mfg Processes and assembly processes
Good communication , coordination and analytical skills
Proficiency in Solidworks
KAIZEN , POKAYOKE
APQP,PFMEA,5S
