- Knowledge on Encoders
- Knowledge on Electromagnetic Simulation and Analysis
- Knowledge on Process Equipment (Encapsulation, Winding machine or HV tester, Megger,
Dynamometer)
- Problem solving skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Clear thinking and decision making ability
- Has tangible achievements in past assignments
- Good at MS Office, Google Workspace and computing, presentation skills
- Pleasant personality, easy going nature, good business acumen grip on numbers
