Job brief
We are looking for a creative Mechanical Engineer to work on all product stages from research and
development to design and manufacture, through to installation and final commissioning. The goal is
to design and fabricate mechanical components of innovation and excellence.
Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical systems or components.
To understand customer requirement and implement in the design in short time.
Collaborating with other Engineers, Designers, and Project Managers.
Prepare Bill of Materials for the designed System.
To do Technical Calculations to validate the design.
To support production and quality team to finish the equipment within lead time.
Make drafting for the designed components with maximum details for machining, production
& assembly.
To carry out the whole project from concept drawing, part modelling, assembly, BOM,
drafting and support through installation and commissioning. -
Educational Requirement
M.Tech / BE Mechanical

Experience Requirement
Hands on experience on rotary equipment, New Product Design (NPD), Pneumatic cylinders,
bearings, actuated valves, etc,.
Good knowledge in vacuum technologies will be added advantage.
Must have high engineering aptitude.
Proficiency in common design software, such as Solid Edge, Solid Works (Experience in
Solid Edge is added advantage).
10 years Experience
Exposure to ASME Sec VIII, Welding technologies, raw materials selection.
GD & T knowledge is a must.
Able to read design symbols, annotations and various views of the component.
Exposure to Pressure Vessels and boilers. -
